Ingredients
Each capsule contains:
325 mg Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis, extract 4:1) equivalent to 1300 mg dried herb top.
175 mg Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora, extract 4:1) equivalent to 700 mg dried herb top.
100 mg Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata, extract 4:1) equivalent to 400 mg of dried herb top.
Dosage (adults 18 years and older) Take 1 to 2 capsules per day 15-30 minutes before bedtime.
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness and/or with analgesic properties. Consult a health care practitioner physician if symptoms persist or worsen.
Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
