All orders are shipped through Canada Post and are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.
We offer FREE standard shipping (3-9 days) across Canada for all orders of $60+tx or more. Express shipping (1-3 days) is available for an additional flat rate fee of $9.99+tx.
We offer flat rate shipping for orders of single products.
Quebec, Ontario and Maritimes: Standard (3-9 days) $6.99+tx / Express (1-3 days) $9.99+tx
All other Provinces, including NWT, Yukon and Nunavut: Standard (3-9 days) $9.99+tx
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, return it to us and we will refund your purchase, no questions asked. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase for refund instructions. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email with a photo of the damaged product at email@example.com and a new product will be sent to you free of charge.
