Natural Ingredient Properties
Fennel is used to help reduce the sensation of heaviness and bloating after meals, as well as pain and nausea caused by digestive upset. It helps calm stomach pains, colon cramps and also helps to reduce fermentation in the gastro-intestinal tract, preventing the formation of gas. Mugwort is a bitter plant that stimulates bile secretion, regulates the appetite and streamlines digestion. It is also effective for protection against parasitic infections. As a general stimulant, it helps to purify the body, reducing feelings of fatigue in the process. Black radish exerts antibacterial activity on the digestive flora and on the airways. It helps bile circulate and evacuate from the gallbladder and bile ducts, which promotes the digestion of fatty foods, preventing the formation of gallstones and reducing high cholesterol. High in fiber content and in water, black radish is also very good for bowel function.
