Recommended Dosage (Adults)
Take 2 capsules on empty stomach before going to bed. To alleviate insomnia, the dosage could be increased to 4 capsules, twice daily or as suggested by health care practitioner.
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do not take if using drugs or natural products with sedative properties.
Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen or sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks.
Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery or driving a motor vehicle within 2 hours of consumption.

Natural Ingredient Properties

Mooncreeper has long been used in Ayurveda for its numerous medicinal properties, treating things as varied as digestion, arthritis and anxiety.

Sankhapushpam a classic Indian flower, both the flower and the root is used in Ayurveda to increase brain function and memory.

Brahmi is used in Ayurveda as a rejuvenator to nourish Vata dosha. It assists mental activity by promoting brain functions, relaxation and concentration. It also helps to restore calm from nervous exhaustion.

Rudraksha is used in Ayurveda to maintain general health and to treat hypertension.
